House prices predicted to rise in 2017

Business News WA reports that the Perth property market is set to see a 2.8% rise in value in 2017.

Whilst it’s unlikely that the market will show significant improvement any time in the near future, CoreLogic-Moody’s Home Value Index report states that “Perth’s housing market is showing signs that the worst is behind.”
