New Home Sales up for WA!
The HIA New Home Sales Report for February 2017 showed an 11.3% increase of detached house sales in WA. Harley Dale, Chief Economist of HIA, commenting that “in 2017 we expect the profile for leading indicators such as detached house sales to slowly improve for Western Australia.”
After a grim few years, this comes as positive news to the WA building and construction industry.
